Parking was easy the hotel is so close to the GW bridge made commuting to the city super easy! The rooms were clean, spacious and welcoming!
-
This was a very clean, updated, friendly hotel at a good location!

This property is OLD. Pictures online are misleading. The lobby and exterior are dated. The towels were hard as steel wool. When we called the desk at 8am for clean towels, was told that housekeeping doesn’t come until 8:30. Asked for housekeeping to come in and make beds, didn’t happen. My daughter had her own room and something happened with the door keying pad. At first, she was told they couldn’t do anything about it and would have to wait until the next day to rein access back into the room but eventually charged the lock. NEVER again. I’ll stick with Marriott Bonvoy. Total disappointment

A/C was broken. Room was 78 degrees.

Staff was great, room cleaned. I always like staying at the doubletree. Only complaint was the ac wasn't working well and it was a 90+ plus degree weekend.

I wish the staff were a bit more friendly.

The Doubletree Fort Lee is a lovely hotel. The staff are welcoming and kind, the rooms are clean, and the restaurant in the lobby serves fine Italian-American cuisine. The salads are extremely fresh and healthy, the pizza was done perfectly and the waiters are professional. They put coffee out in the lobby for guests to help themselves from 6am-9:30am. This is a big deal for me considering my experiences at other hotels waiting in line for 1/2 hour to get Starbucks coffee for $10/cup! Everything in the room was updated and very clean. Plus the cost was very reasonable. I’ve returned to the Doubletree for four separate stays during this past month and each one has been lovely! A little hard for delivery drivers to find since it’s just off the highway.

Superb

Room was clean, only 2 towels tough, security lock not functional

It got very hot in the room in the middle of the night. Also, the people staying a room next to us arrived to the room around 1:30am, and they decided to have very loud sex, shower and blow dry hair around 2:00. We had an awful night.

Despite the renovations and several hiccups overall my stay was good. I appreciate the accommodations made for me and my family.
