great location and property was well kept

The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the gym was adequate and the free breakfast had tons of options. My only call out is to make sure you ask for the parking pass when you check in if you have a car. They asked us if we had a car at the front desk - but didn’t give us the pass. When we went down the next morning there was a warning that tbe car would be towed. But aside from that - everything was great.

Good hotel. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was decent ad service was ok. Public transport was not an easy option if you wanted to take bus/subway to NYC. There was noise from the roads all night even on the 6th floor and the EV chargers never worked. Would stay here only if we can get rooms on the other side of the hotel without road noise.

Very convenient when we visited New York; we just crossed the bridge.

The facilities were very good, but the reception staff were not friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. The gym was neglected and could have been cleaner. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I found that the presence of two half-used toilet paper rolls was quite unpleasant and did not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. Cleanliness and attention to detail are vital aspects of hospitality, and this oversight detracted from my otherwise satisfactory experience.

Due to these issues, we had to switch rooms during our stay, which was inconvenient and disrupted our trip. In addition, there appeared to be some type of flooding or water issue in the hotel lobby during our visit. One of the amenities we were looking forward to was the pool, but it was unavailable during our stay. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the property did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a better experience.

The breakfast was very good! nice selection... eggs were great!. fruit.. oatmeal... was not cooked long enough and runny.. only 1 selection of jelly.. GRAPE!
