On a good note, breakfast provided was very good. Staff was also very friendly.

The pool wasn't available . The house keeping staff was outside a side exit off the lobby smoking . You had to walk past the smoke to get to the parking lot . The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk should have had information about local restaurants and restaurants that delivered . It was convent and worth a second look if they make a few changes . We shall see .

Currently the pool is unavailable. We didn’t plan to use it but other folks may want to should they book

The building is a little dated and could use some upgrades. Breakfast was great!

I loved the Marina location and friendly attitude of the staff

Stained carpets and non-working pool

The buffet breakfast was adequate. Staff there were very nice. The room was superficially clean.( No one vacuumed under the desk.) The beds were comfortable and the maids helpful suppling us with extra towels when asked. We booked this hotel based on the pictures of pool overlooking the marina. The pool was not operational and unfortunately an eyesore.

My last stay was great. Pool was closed but wasn't big deal cause was before Memorial day. This weekend poll still closed, parts are on order was the reason. Breakfast was non-existent. At 8:30 your choices were cereal, a few pastries, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. Also no coffee. All hot food bins were empty. I will stay there again just a hangry review.

Kid woke up with bites.

The location is good. There was hair on the floor of the shower and the entire floor in the bathroom was wet after taking a shower. There were stains on the comforter that was on the bed and trash under the bed. Also the hot water in the bathroom sink would not get hot. We were really disappointed with our stay.

I like the veranda. Service. The room was not yet ready when we arrived and it was already time for check-in. They said sorry about it and told us that the reason why it is not ready yet is because they have new housekeeping staff and that they are still training. They told us that they need to clean the room first and asked us to give them 30mins. We agreed because we didn't have a choice. We were able to check-in at 4:15PM which is late. Another thing is that we were supposed to check-in at 3:00PM because it's the time indicated on Booking.com only to find out that the time of check-in is at 4:00. We were really disappointed. That was the first time we experienced an awful service from a Holiday Inn branch.

Cinnamon buns were good, eggs little overcooked, oatmeal watery

Room 320 was a "suite" but still n ot worth $300+ per night.Breakfast was passable.

Good location for what we needed, staff although very nice, lacked the manpower needed to keep the hotel clean. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and based on that experience decided to come back. This stay was definitely not the same, we will stay at a different hotel the next time we travel to the area.

When I arrived they did not have my registration and was already paid for.
