One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.

The bathroom had been repainted and caulked very poorly. There were cracked tiles and to top it off there was a cockroach waiting to greet me at 3:00 AM.

Parking was good, staff at front desk and housekeeping was amazing. Lady in breakfast room amazing, helpful. We have stayed at many Hamptons this was xx one of best for customer service. We will be back and extended our stay.

Overall I really enjoyed staying here. The only negative was that only 1 elevator was working during our stay which slowed things down a bit and our bathroom could have been cleaner, but staff was nice and the the breakfast was really good.

The staff was amazing! The appearance of the hotel and overall cleanliness was good. Location for our needs was perfect! There's so much within a short drive. Our 1st room smelled of dirty feet. Our 2nd room seemed to gather all the noise from connected rooms and the street!

Breakfast was great and workers are very friendly. Love this place! Too many work trucks taking up too many parking places Some trucks with trailers took up 3-4 parking places in an already packed out parking lot. Also our room wasn’t cleaned everyday as said it would be.

Everything was perfect, clean and very accommodating. The ONLY concern was that we had our dog with us and when we first got to our room, our dog was sniffing around the room and found an orange pill and thankfully, he didn't eat it. The pill was under a small table. Moments later, my dog found a Hall's cough drop, still in its wrapper. Again, we were able to get it away from him before he ate it. Other than that, the room was great. The staff was very friendly and personable and I would definitely stay here again.
