Only good news was the mattress was good

The night staff was unhelpful and had no compassion for getting a tired family who chose them based on their close proximity to Children's checked in. The room was oddly sticky and damp. The shower literally screamed at you. Beds were okay and there were no bugs. The grounds smell strongly of pot. There was only one electrical outlet near the beds behind a lamp table that did not look very safe.

The room smelled of smoke despite being smoke free. There was little cleaning done to the room and has small German roaches crawling the wall when the light is on. So there is likely an infestation or about to be one. There is also supposed to be a continental breakfast but the one pancake machine didn't work and the containers that held individually packaged condiments was full of crumbs and debris. Not worth the $80/night. Spend the extra $25 to stay at a better place n

The only good thing about staying here was the Mexican restaurant next door. The rooms were very nasty. Wet carpet,broken down furniture, no hot water,roaches,both ice machines didn't work. The pool was blocked off. Poorly lit parking areas. Free breakfast made our niece sick. The rest of us didn't eat there. If I was disabled I would have slept in my car. Never stay there. Manager's response was very disturbing. Did nothing to help. Tear the one down.

It was a cheap motel in little Rock. No ice machines, and some of the other "guest" had a "group meeting" in the parking lot as we were trying to enjoy the pool, that the filtration system didn't seem to be working great in.

It was a problem when I 1st walked in . I got greeted with a stuck up nose and lip. They went in my room and I didn’t ask. I didn’t even tell them to come in and they went through my things and put me out for what other ppl were doing and a lot more

Service they have is excellent place to stay ??

Also, the beds are seriously concave and need to be replaced.

It was very nice the location was in a very good neighborhood close by everything we needed

Canceled the Reservation, but yet my refund has NOT been returned!! 😩 😡

I loved the pancakes. I would have enjoyed some protein. Bacon, sausage or eggs

The pictures looked nothing like the room , and the rooms were very much outdated ,

The bed had dirty sheets on it, manager was rude, a man tried to come in our room, and as I was leaving, (we were NOT staying here) the same man trying to enter our room whipped out his man thing and peed in front of our three year old granddaughter.

El aire de la habitación no enfriaba,fue una noche horrible por la calor.

One of the beds were not clean! The bathroom door was broke....I won't stay there again

The bathroom need up dating and u couldn't take breakfast to you room
