Breakfast was very poor. Lack of choice. Ran out of milk and coffee, no option for tea. Only staff member seen was the receptionist. Check-in. Receptionist was unhelpful Wi-Fi was poor

Although my daughter didn't sleep well I did and the staff was very nice From the time you walked in all you smelled is mildew the room was dusty carpet nasty everything is old

Location. Cold room ac. Cleanliness. TV service. Amenities. Had to wait to be checked in at front office. This hotel does not supply towels each day. I had to go to office to ask for towels. And, they don't clean the room daily nor make up the beds. Was told it was hotel policy unless the stay there is more than 5 days. And, when I check out a day earlier due to emergency, the front desk could not credit my card which is pending with Booking.com

Upon arrival at the property, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. I reserved a king room (site said only 2 left!) but got a double room. No price adjustment. Didn’t cancel because it was non-refundable. DO NOT TRUST THAT SITE IS ACCURATE! It is an older property but if you just need to sleep and shower, it’s fine. It was as clean as any other I’ve stayed in. I’ve definitely stayed in worse. The beds were comfortable enough. The location is in the medical district

staff was nice. was close to hospital. everything was nasty. nothing was taken care of at all. our fridge didn’t work and neither did the outlets. woke up at 3am thinking the whole place was on fire, still have no idea what it was. both elevators were down for awhile & we were on the third floor.

Nothing Was hard to find, broken window in room with tape on it, having a room on the 4th floor with a window that opens, tub was nasty

The staff was wonderful. But the hotel itself needs help. Between the lock to our room didn’t lock when we left the room (staff was wonderful about moving us to another room) and the elevators playing musical “out of order” sign. The right one was out of order when left for the concert, came back it was switched to the left one. Got into the right elevator and right as it’s getting to the fourth floor, it jerks and rattles. Elevators had stains, broken pieces and smelled. Rooms were clean though
