Location and very clean and comfortable bed The room had a dehumidifier and smelled like mild Dew . A few tiny aunts around the room

The property was great. Just was made uncomfortable at check in by front desk staff.....

Nothing No breakfast, bugs I bought bug spray and sprayed every day., no parking. Never again.

Room smelled like a stale ashtray. For a non smoker it was a headache.

I absolutely loved the younger couple that checked me in, they were very personable and made me feel welcome and comfortable The larger gentleman in the morning was whole different experience regretfully!Before check out I asked him to come look at the spa tub in my room, there was black mold or dirt in it that CAME OUT OF THE JETTS!!!! Now keep in mind I had just soaked in the tub for a good hour that night trying to relax from stress after being in the NICU at children's for 1pp days with my newborn. The large gentleman said it was dirt from my skin and proceeded to inform me that I should of told him earlier! So $170 to soak in a mold filled tub and argue with an overweight unhappy man that clearly needed some relaxation his self! Refused to refund any portion of the room and continued to argue as I walked out with my newborn. I mean who does that period but to a single mom that just spent 105 days in the NICU .... I hope you do better with the next customer that's unhappy about a moldy tub in the future Large man, and to the cute couple at night expecting twins %hsnk you for your kindness and amazing customer service!

The room was clean and the bathroom had been recently renovated but the musty smell in the room was overwhelming.

It was clean and just what we needed for the night. I’m sure the location would be great for somebody going to the Medical Center but it’s not in walking distance to restaurants or shops.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. Was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was well lit up at night. I would definitely recommend it to anyone especially if you are needing to be close to UAMS, VA, or Children’s hospital. It is reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to find Lack of maintenance to the bathroom was very evident, toilet was not secured to the floor, shower head would not stay up, water was leaking up through floor tiles while showering. One coffee sachet to share and the staff we reported the issues to the next morning didn’t seem interested.
