Staff so friendly and welcoming, rooms were spotless and nice and modern with a/c was definitely needed,breakfast was gorgeous, couldn’t hear a thing from the outside world Beds were extremely soft I thought I was going to roll of during the night, there no vending machines which I think would be a nice touch, the tv wasn’t a smart tv which I think in this day and age it should have been

We were in Liverpool for two nights and really appreciated the location of the hotel to both the train station and downtown. It was a 9 minute walk from the station and town was basically around the corner with a pedestrian zone, shops, restaurants, pubs, etc... even a record store. Breakfast was included in the room rate and as vegetarians, we very much appreciated that you could get vegan breakfast sausages upon request. Everything was great. Nothing we didn't like.

Monday night stay and we had a great rate for the rooms. The breakfast was very good and all the staff very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants while celebrating our son's graduation. Nothing - it was perfect for what we needed

Up to date rooms, ultra clean, amazing breakfast with lots of choice and a relaxed area to eat. The offer of 24 hour pizzas very comforting, you never know when you might need one! Nothing, perfect.
