Location was great. Duke street is central without being in the centre of town - just perfect. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay - very kind and friendly. The room was clean and very well equipped - we had a lovely stay - thank you. I don’t have any negative comments - we enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Cannot fault this hotel in any way. From the gorgeous smell whe you walk in, to the amazing, helpful staff, to the fabulous room and the beautiful food. Second time here and won't be my last. No negative comments to give.

The decor is lovely & the staff are really friendly. Being kept awake until 1am by the club behind. Stayed in rooms 317 & 318. The thud of the base was unbearable & no other rooms to move too. Wouldn’t stay again in this hotel or area.

Great rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The location is awful - right on top of bars and clubs with loud music until the early hours of the morning.

Staff were superb start to finish couldn't have asked for any better and the room was spectacular really made our trip special nothing everything was unreal

Staff were amazing and room was spotless. I don’t tend to sleep well in hotel room but it was so quiet even with bars opposite our room couldn’t hear anything. Will return.
