Centrally located in a lively part of the city center surrounded by bars & restaurants. Liverpool One shopping center and the bus station for links to the airport & other sites is just around the corner. The Albert Dock and its waterside bars, museums and restaurants is just 7 minutes away. Lime Street train station for national travel is a 10 minute walk away. There is free high speed Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception, reception staff are always on hand to call taxi’s or give advice on how to get around the city. There is an onsite car park which the entrance is located at the rear of the building on Gradwell Street L1 4JH. The main entrance is on Duke Street L1 5AP. (Please note Google maps will take you to the rear of the building on Gradwell Street) The apartments are spacious, having an open plan living & dining area. Each apartment has a TV, fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Many of our apartments have balconies or lead onto outside space. Duplex & Penthouse apartments all have air conditioning. If you want to stay in and cook your own food there is a Tesco Superstore just 2 minutes away. For breakfast Brunch Club & Cocktails is located underneath the building or Lock & Key further down the road. There many other good spots within a short walk including Concert Square & Bold Street.

Located very close to the city center meant it was close to several amenities like bus, shopping malls and the riverside. It was easy to locate and the apartment was spacious, neat and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The staff were polite, prompt and directed me to where i could get parking for my car at a decent rate. I did not know that there were 2 Stay city hotel sites about 10 minutes apart lol, I paid for parking before i was directed to the one i booked for (reminding myself to always confirm the location before driving)! The very thing that made it attractive--closeness to the city center meant a little bit more noise from moving vehicles at the height of traffic or from some facilities opposite the road. I was unpleasantly surprised that there was no parking within the apartment site which meant i had to park some distance away at premium price (kindly factor your own parking fee when booking). The adjacent building/structure is being renovated so be on the alert so that you don't miss the entrance to this nice hotel/apartment.

Booking made two reservations instead of 1 and no one is accountable for it. Stay city didnt cancel the duplicated so they just kept the money and didnt help me at all

This property is a 5 minute walk right in to the centre of the shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have been any closer. It had 2 bedrooms, and a lovely sitting room and kitchen. Very comfortable.

Everything. Cleanliness. Service. Amenities. During our stay they even topped up our dishwashing tablets which seems small but really convenient. Everything was great

Location was amazing. The apartment was exceptionally clean. I particularly liked the security and convenience of having a front reception, staffed at all times with extremely happy helpful staff every time we walked past. Everything in the unit was clean, big huge fluffy bath towels (not the usual tiny little towels some places have). It’s the best services apartment we have stayed at on our UK travels Everything about the property was superb

Excellent location within easy reach of shops, dining and waterfront. Friendly, welcoming staff on reception and easy to order a taxi if necessary. Spacious, clean and well equipped kitchen. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Our room was above the entrance, which is next door to a Brunch and Cocktail bar. This was very noisy on Friday and Saturday afternoon, but was closed Saturday night and Sunday. The controls for the shower in the en suite were hard to reach from outside the shower, so you need to set the temperature after you get in as the hot is very hot.

Location was perfect in elation to city centre. Room was clean on arrival Staff were pleasant. 6 adults in room. As it was all men, there was 1 double that could have been a twin. (All singles) All good. No issues to report.

excellent, helpful, and friendly staff. Good accommodation, quiet location yet close to many Liverpool places of interest. Plenty of restaurants and good pubs locally. Pier Head and bus station close by. An excellent place to stay! Nothing to fault.
