I Liked nothing about this place The lifts were broken so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs which we did not really mind but the stink of Hash/Weed coming into the room the whole night was awful. I had a headache for 2 days after that stay NEVER AGAIN is all i can say.

Nothing The size room was like a hostel, the bed is not good , the mattress was going down.
-
Beds were really small and uncomfortable. In the morning there was a drunk/homeless girl in the staircase.

I got what I paid for clean room with welcoming staff in an excellent location The room was a bit cramped, but you don't visit a city to stay in your room The bed was a bit uncomfortable Lift broken

Nothing. The guys on reception were doing their best considering what a dire set up they were representing This hotel felt more like a homeless hostel. It felt unsafe and uncared for. There was no security on the main front door which anyone could have walked in off the street. Some of the doors were boarded up with wood to cover glass panels that had obviously been smashed, the main corridor to the rooms was like something out of a scary movie with water dripping and stained floor. All the communal areas stank of cigarettes with cigarette butts on the floor. The room smelt of cigarettes and the shower in the bathroom was a joke…no shower tray, just linoleum floor and lots of bodies calk to around the base with a warning to keep the door shut when showering as presumably the water just leaks out all over the floor. When we sat on the bed, our bums sank through and practically touched the ground beneath. And above all, we felt very unsafe in this strange space. I was with my daughter and couldn’t spend a night in this space so checked out within the first half hour.

Should have read the reviews before booking as the lift hasn't worked for what looks like a year and the stairs you better bring a Sherpa guide and a oxygen mask.

Good location We were on the fifth floor and lift was broken looked as if its always broken - 80 steep irregular steps to our floor

The only positives for this stay was that room was clean and it is central location. The hotel notified us only the day before (so too late to cancel) that the lift was out of order. We were on the 5th floor, with very steep stairs, 91 of them to get to our floor. The room was tiny, barely enough space to get past the bed (which was against the wall). Looked like a converted storage space. A chair and small table with kettle on was shoe-horned in the space at the end of the bed. Impossible to sit at the chair though as you physically couldn't get in front of it to sit down. Impossible to pass each other if both standing in the room. You need to be a contortionist to make drinks. Way overpriced for the facilities. The room should not be sold as a double room, it would be small with a single bed in it.

I was charged twice for a one night stay???

The staff are fabulous and friendly The lift was faulty and wasn't fixed yet till I arrived and left after sleeping three nights. That was a nightmare because I had to climb stairs to fourth floor ?.
