Great location, walking distance to Albert Dock, both train stations and loads of pubs in the surrounding streets. Loved the sink, kettle and microwave in the room, and the Milton Brown toiletries in the bathroom Nothing, it was great

Great location, very clean and staff very helpful Everything was spot on, apart from the shower temperature. It could have been a bit warmer.

The size of the room. How close we were to everything but we couldn’t hear anything from the rooms. The staff were very friendly. Between the hotel and booking.com there was a difference in check out times which was a shock.
