Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Great bathroom.Safe and fridge included. Friendly staff. Able to leave luggage free of charge. The late night noise - loud music - from the street outside was awful. And this was a Sunday night. Love the hotel but would think twice about staying again unless I could request a room away from the front.

Size of room, comfortable bed We were on the front of the hotel on a Saturday night. There is a club opposite which played music until 4am making it difficult to sleep. Also no bottles of water in the room.

Gorgeous Hotel and Perfect location!! Rooms are spacious, modern and the bed is so comfortable. Shower is great too!! . Hairdryer provided which is pretty good compared to other hotels. All the staff we came into contact with were exceptionable, professional , friendly and always smiling and greeting you as you came and went. Check in fast but does require a £50 deposit. Can’t comment on food offerings as chose to go out to eat each day. Easy to get Ubers/taxis from here. Overall amazing stay and will be back. Everything was great couldn’t ask for more.

Very central close to all the shops etc Nice clean modern room We where on the basement floor First night was grand as there wasn’t any other people staying near our room 2nd night was kept awake with the noise of the water Every time you used the toilet, sink or shower the whole floor shoke and made an awful noise It stopped as soon as water stopped in our room but it was still very noisy in another room which went on for a good while I wouldn’t stay on basement floor again, def on a higher level next time

Room was excellent no complaints size bed or bathroom. Breakfast great. Room was red hot there is no aircon. Fan provided was so weak of little use. You could forgive if cooler later but room did not cool at anytime. Must be orientation or something
