Super 8 by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse North Airport

The room and hallways had a nasty odor. Staff was made aware as soon as I opened door so I would not be considered the cause of Oder. No remedy to correct was offered. I went out and bought Lysol disinfectant spray myself. I had also relatives booking at the same time and had same experience.

Location, clean

Nice stop for one night.

Staff was great. Room was nice and comfortable bed. Plenty of parking and in a safe neighborhood.

Everything and Everyone was excellent as usual. We will be back.

I have stayed at some pretty sorry looking Super 8's. Amazingly, in this case, I found everything was in working order.

My son and I couldn't sleep at all. We were extremely uncomfortable and decided it was safer to leave the hotel rather than spend the night there. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our vacation in Syracuse. Instead of enjoying our trip, we had to deal with finding another place to stay and worrying about bringing bed bugs home. I took a video showing the bed bugs as evidence. I hope the hotel addresses this issue immediately so that other guests do not have the same experience.

Easy access to 81...room was very clean....quiet location

It was a good place to stay and they don't rob you on the price. Overall a nice stay would stay again.

Very clean property and rooms. Nice area near fast food, gas station, and coffee (Dunkin). Easy parking. King size bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. 5 star stay for sure

Check in and check out was smooth, staff was friendly, clean property and close to the airport.

Bathroom was not very clean. Air conditioner did not work consistently and was loud. Front desk staff were not friendly and helpful.

Had everything we needed for a quick overnight stop. Just don’t expect a big breakfast.

For the price, the stay was great. The room was excellently clean. for 1-2 nights stay, it's a good choice

Building is old but very well-maintained and clean. Room had modern TV, charging stations, etc., it was just dated, and that's totally fine for the price. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Free shuttle to the airport and the train station.

Last minute booking. Room was very clean and comfortable. Expected more in the way of breakfast but there was a McDonald’s right next door. Poor welcome upon arrival - treated like a nuisance.
