Overall the staff was excellent- the room was clean and I would stay there again.

The stay was very accommodating. Nice clean rooms. Nice staff and the breakfast was very good.

Jason greeted us at the front desk and he was amazing. I knew if we needed anything, he would take care of it. I noticed he doesn’t have a letter on the dining wall and I hope to change that; he does his job well! Our room looked very nice and clean and was comfortable. I did smell a faint smell of mildrew but I do have a sharp sense of smells. The next morning I woke up and had to use my inhaler. I would highly recommend you all get a good IEP (not the ones that only do air sampling in the middle of the room) to check the hotel to ensure the air quality is good or install windows that opens to allow for fresh air. The 2 men who checked me were super nice and extremely helpful. The hotel itself could use a little more cleaning like the elevators, ect. My room was decent however the phone didn't work well to call downstairs and my phone reception wasn't that great at this particular hotel for whatever reason even if I used thier wifi ..The refrigerator was always at 40 degrees and it was not cold enough for food as I had to put ice bags in their when I tried to explain to the lady who worked Sunday morning during check out she said the temps stay between 37- 40 I explained I have my own cafe and im aware of accurate temps and it didn't go down past 40 which is not good.She then had a rude att6and said we'll I know what our refrigerators go to like how do you know every single one is working correctly and if Im telling you its not its not things malfunction and do not always work correctly..I probably would not stay at this particular Hampton again!

Breakfast good! Walkin Shower was great with hand bar but better if hand bar horizontal less chance for hand yo slip. The shower was quite rooming with plenty of room to move around. Curtains with heavy dark coverage help you sleep much better without life showing for the parking lot. Nice to have the refrigerators. You need to put more lamps in the rooms. It’s very JIM with just the lamps by the bed. Having a lamp by the desk areas so you can see what you’re doing would be very helpful and give you more lighting. Instead of having two refrigeration sections it’d be helpful to have more storage space to put some of your clothing. The hot tub was out of order. It would be nice. I’ve been able to use it.

Clean, industrial sized washer and dryer, pool and hot tub but hot tub was out of order. Shuttle to airport, super nice staff If it wasn’t for the airport nearby i would Not stay here because the location is not great.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging airport pickup and drop offs so that I could return the rental car. They even had fresh coffee at 3:30 in the morning!!

We choose Hampton Inns because they consistently deliver a quality experience. This stay was no different. However, there were a few issues that prevented 5 stars: the floor in our room needed to be vacuumed, there were some stains on the sheets that looked suspiciously like bed bug excretions, and the hot tub was out of order. Maybe a little nit picking, but the bar is pretty high for Hampton Inn.

The suite was nicely setup, spacious and clean. No complaints.
