Overall experience was Ok.

Stayed one night passing through. Comfortable enough and with the usual hotel breakfast included it made for a cheap option. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again on my next trip passing through.

Our 2nd time staying here and it was wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The air works great, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and food options close by. This is the only hotel I will stay at in the Syracuse area.

The hotel had a comfortable room, great shower and hot breakfast. Walking distance from a sports bar for dinner and right off the freeway so easy access to the airport using the hotel shuttle. Would stay here again!

this is a clean, very well run property. room clean and well appointed. very comfortable bed with clean, fresh linens. exceptional staff.

The young lady who worked the overnight she was very kind and helpful can’t remember her name.

I like that the floors were not carpeted. I think that hard floors are inherently easier to keep clean. I was surprised to see no coffee maker or microwave. While there was free coffee in the lobby, I could not find a microwave to reheat anything. Also, the TV remote did not work. However, the lobby staff was able to replace it with a functioning device.
