6 bed female bunk bed room. Room is clean. Bedsheet also clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Near to the Beatles Museum, The Cavern Club and many tourist spot. Free coffee in the lobby. No AC in the room so must open window in the summer. The bar outside is noisy many pub and drunk person. Need earplug to sleep.

The staff were all very nice and professional, the location was in ideal position for entertainment, shops, restaurants and Albert docks where we booked a few trips ( ferry trip and amphibious bus which took us tour around the city then back to Docks where it changes to a boat and takes us around the dock basins with the tour guide telling us all about the docks) Couldnt sleep as weather was way to hot but cant blame the room for the weather being 32 degrees

Hostel was in a central location, close to transport links. Can imagine it's a good option for those on a budget looking to party -- it's right on Matthew Street which is where all the nosiest pubs are. • I didn't like the fact I had zero human interaction at any point during my stay • I didn't like being bombarded with (AI-generated) WhatsApp messages when I hadn't asked to be contacted via WhatsApp • When I messaged the hostel, the reply I got was also AI-generated (I wouldn't have minded this as much if there'd been e.g. front desk staff in the hostel!) • The luggage storage system feels unsafe -- again, there's no-one even in the rough vicinity to keep an eye on bags • Room had a weird odour and was unpleasantly hot
