Really great location for families to navigate the city centre. The room was clean and quiet, so we had a good nights sleep. The swimming pool was a bonus for the kids! Parking close by was really useful as well (using the hotels discount code) Staff were super helpful opening our safe, as the kids had accidentally locked it Breakfast had a good array of options. Super cheap all round! I don't think there was anything that we didn't like, good all round!

Location was brilliant! Stayed here to take kids to pool but was fully booked out so didn’t get the chance. On that basis not having the pool we could have stayed in another hotel, pretty central at cheaper price.

When i arrived to check in one of the staff members just left, another one cane who was rude and seemed racist and was giving my place in the queue to someone else. She also didn't say anything about the view of the room which was at the busy parking when i asked for a "cooler room".

Excellent location for the docks, Liverpool One, numerous bars and restaurants.Staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful, we stayed in an executive suite which was very spacious with a comfy bed and facilities. We treated ourselves to breakfast in bed for only £5 extra, superb,. Lovely bar area with 2 for 1 cocktails. Pool area excellent we found early afternoon a quiet time and had the pool to ourselves. Would definitely return and recommend Although double glazed alot of noise through window

The food ,swimming and gym The rooms bins , iron and kettles were covered in rust most of the staff don’t speak English it was very difficult to communicate language barrier but they were friendly
