Clean, comfortable, quiet, good WiFi Broken chair that we didn't use. Breakfast was good and a little expensive

Quiet The rooms are in need of maintenance, the window didn't lock on first floor, then the second room we got a light burned out in bathroom, loose doorknob! The building just needs some updating and maintenance!

Location and price, clean rooms. I bit too commercial as I like old inns, this is boarder line travel lodge style. No elevator to second floor.

Brilliant staff mins from the designer outlet and 5 min drive to five sister zoo and also a good cooked breakfast definitely be staying again

The room was not the cleanest, although staff were lovely. Housekeeping is optional, so i was happy just to collect extra milk coffee, troll etc from reception. The place just looks like it needs a good clean, our curtains had what looked like bird muck and feathers near the top and the net curtains are a disgrace. The staff and the location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We also decided to book dinner, which was very nice.

Clean and comfortable facilities, as described. Easy to find, at around 7-8 mins walk from bus station. Near shopping malls and grocery store. Lovely jolly host, happy to guide us around. Good heating and water pressure. There were books at the reception too which was a lovely touch

It had a great accessible room, the doors were big and wide, easy to get the wheelchair through.
