The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the bus stop. The room although very small had everything required. I appreciate the fact that they brought me a tiny fan since I was there during the heatwave. This is towards the people who checked in on my last day. Somehow they did not understand the concept of keeping the shared bathroom clean.

Bathrooms not enough and serious cleanines issues

Ease of access, parking in the backyard. There is no heating in the apartment - well, it stated that there is heating that will turn on if the temperature is below 18 degrees Celsius, but it was not working. The temperature was around 16 degrees Celsius inside! The kids were really cold, so we sat in jackets half the time. One "room" is made from wardrobes, and there is no decent light in the kitchen. The house rule stated that we needed to wash all the dishes, but there was no detergent or soap available. Luckily, we were only here for one night; otherwise, I would have asked Booking for a refund. Never again.

Easy to find location, quiet housing district, open air private parking behind the house. Automated check in and out, no need to interact/wait for host. Late arrival (I arrived between 20-21:00) is just fine. Had a working sink in my very small room, which was a welcome surprise. Otherwise - Very good bakery in walking distance - perfect for breakfast as well as lunch/dinner as they have cevapi and doener. It's more of a hostel, with shared bathroom / WC. Not ideal, if you need more privacy to do your thing.

There is a kitchen, to have your breakfast. But they don't serve any breakfast. The room was really small and next to the toilet and the shower and people used the shower st midnight and after. So you can not sleep. You heard everything in the others rooms as well. They didn't send me any email before my arrival and when I arrived, I had to call them and had to wait in the darkness and it was raining. And he told that check your email I send you all the information. I did and he didn't send me anything. So he sent me a link that I have to scan my passport and fill a form, and I ask him to have access to building so I can do it in a proper way. He didn't. I took a video. It was freezing and raining. No human combating at all. The accommation is so far, there is a buses but it is not useful they are all the time full of people. The room is too old, need a refreshment and the toilet and shower, you can nearly closed the door. Very disappointed. The staff were not polite, there were people making noise and I asked him after 20 min to be sure that they will not do much noise, he came and asked me to do it by myself. That I have to knock they doors and tell them. They were 3 or 4 guys and just my self. I found that very irresponsible that he couldn't make sure that there no noise after 22pm and we have to handle that by ourselves. There is no reception, so you need to have the code before. And you can not let your luggage in the building. That stay were the worse.

All good for this price.

The staff is so rude and the check in is hard to complete

the self check in offered by the owner is so helpful. We had some travel issues and arrived much later than we expected however this was no issue as we had already checked in via the app. it was very hot and there was a fan and water waiting in the room when we arrived which was a lovely touch. towels were also provided which improved the experience even more. the location is not close to many amenities however ljubljana as a whole is quite small so although it took it slightly longer than usual to get places it was not any great disadvantage to us.

Thin walls, older facilities and shower.

Can not give entry

Location Feels like a student dormitory.

The location was a little far from downtown, not as easy to walk to as previously thought. You can take public transport but it wasn't always on time.

There's no staff. Occasionally, an unknown guy would show up to demand payment. There's only one dorm with five beds. The rest of the building is filled with private rooms, so if something awkward happens to you and you ask the manager (via text) to change rooms, the response will be, "You should have thought of that and rented a private room." During my stay, first, a girl was harassed by a guest. She had quite a bit of experience staying in hostels, so she handled it very well. But then another girl arrived, who was traveling alone for the first time, and she was also harassed by the same guest (the same one I requested a room change for because he was snoring too loudly). At one point, I was in the kitchen, and this girl came to ask me for help because this man had gone to sit on his bed. I immediately went to the room and made him move and told him he had no business talking to her, much less sitting on his bed. The girl told the manager about it (via text), and the next day, he just came and spoke to him, politely asking him to behave. I don't recommend this place for women traveling alone. If something awkward happens, there's no one to turn to, maybe another guest. The bathrooms are not cleaned daily.

Good value for the price, it's a residential flat turned to a hostel place. The host is very communicative and made everything to facilitate the arrival. There is a kitchen, it feels like at home, possibility to prepare meals. Very quiet area, we slept with the windows open, no street noise, just the birds in the morning. It's fine for a nite before moving further in Slovenia. Distance to the bus/train station is walkable, but with the luggage may be too far, so I decided to rent a city bike (following the host's advice) and arrived easily CA.300 m from the property (bike station). Good for solo travellers or on lower budget.

Staff was relax and honest Well, if i need to be honest that was my worst hostel experience ever. Staff was great but at 7 a.m, at the height of sleep, we woke up to the sound of construction equipment coming from the hostel's garden, and workers dug up the hostel's yard with shovels and machines for hours. You could have done the garden maintenance at noon, my whole day was ruined because of my headache

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Location was in a cute neighborhood, within walking distance of bus stops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Check-in was easy and we had no problems with our stay. Unfortunately the property looked nothing like the photos from the outside. Construction was going on, so there was absolutely none of the outside amenities listed on the page. Construction also began before 7 am in the morning, waking us up all three nights we stayed here. The bathroom also wasn’t the cleanest.
