We loved everything, first of all the hosts that made us feel right at home. Comfortable bed, great water pressure, free parking right in front of the door. It is near the road but it was not too loud to sleep, and there is a lovely private terrace facing the park, well away from the road. Great hosts!

Wonderful experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, in a perfect location for exploring Ljubljana. The restaurant downstairs had delicious food, and the breakfast was great too. They were very dog-friendly! our dog even got a bed, treats, and a water bowl. We also had a parking spot, which was really convenient. If we come back to Ljubljana, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Great location just 10 minutes' walk from the city center, with free parking included. The host was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended for exploring Ljubljana on foot! Everything was perfect!

Nice apartment with great hosts, they welcomed us with complimentary drinks and even arranged earlier breakfast for us, as we had to leave early. The room was nice and clean with comfy beds. Recommended!

Nice and comfortable room, clean and cosy, enough space. Location is good, near Tivoli park, excellent conection to bus and train station and city center. Breakfast is nice. There is also a pleasant terrace, common to all 4 rooms, directly overlooking on greenery and trees. Two big complains: 1. Window in the room: My room was no. 4. Window in my room could not be opened completely. The window is located opposite the concrete wall, 30 cm away from it, so there is no view from the window, i.e. you are looking directly at the wall. That is why there is no anynatural light in the room during the day. I think it is important to mention this, because it can still bother someone. I felt uncomfortable. This category of facility with such a high rating must not allow itself to do that, that is, I think that it should be mentioned to the guests before paying for the reservation, and accordingly reduce the price of staying in that room. 2. Although clean, and with good ventilation, the bathroom has visible traces of mold. That's not hard to fix. Everything else was good. However, I think the problem with the window is pronounced, and that's why I unfortunately have to give a lower rating.

The room is very pretty, cleaned and comfortable. We are surprised. Honor mension for the proprietary, so kind. If we will come back to Lubiana, we will choose Janez Rooms again. Also the Piramida restaurant in very good.

Very comfy bed. Lovely spacious room and nice bathroom. Good location near the park and great that we could park the car and walk into town. Right on a very busy 4 lane road which was noisier than expected, but I did know about the location prior to booking.

The owners are very nice, there is a (free) parking space in front of the building. The rooms are very nice and there is free wifi. The breakfast was good - with very good coffee. It was a little bit cold in the breakfast room.
