Also you have non-stop access to the coffee machine and water dispenser (free) The room I had was next to the kitchen or something and it was very noisy in the morning, so I couldn't sleep past 7am

The staff was friendly and they gave us a small gift when we left. We were also allowed to leave our luggage for a few more hours after checkout in the lobby, which was very convenient. The location was decent, close to the center. -

Everyone was about as nice,helpful and professional as can be. Very capable and knowledgeable people.

Location was great as we came for the swim competition Their insistence on cash… to be fair, they have an ATM machine in the hotel itself. They could add this to their messages reminding about cash and we wouldn’t have been stressed about finding ATM at the airport, on the way, etc.

Did not take payment by credit card or through Booking. I was not aware, so had to use their ATM which ended up costing me more after the fees.

Everything was accessible at walking distance. The staff was super helpful. Nothing as such.

I only stayed for one night. Very comfortable and spacious room. Great location i.e. close enough to the old town (about 2km) so, walkable. As I arrived by coach from Split, Crotia, it's close (550m) from the main bus station. Front desk helpful, friendly. N/A

Location was good. Staff was always willing to help. Pillows could be fluffy

It was somewhat overpriced for the location not being in the Old Town. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to most restaurants and tourist sights as well as the bus and train station but it’s easy walking and quite lovely people.

Very cozy and near the downtown I found it a bit strange to charge parking fee when the parking is for the adjacent building.

Close / walkable to the city center. Easy access in and out of the hotel. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Free coffee!! Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. N/a

Most of the rooms are on an elevated ground floor with a view on the street's parking.

After I broke my toe in the lobby due to the hotel's carelessness, the person at the desk was very helpful, giving me needed first aid (tape to hold the toe in place) and advice about hospitals. Someone carelessly put a big sign advertising breakfast so that the base stuck well out in the hallway. I never saw it and broke my toe on it. Excruciating pain. The sign was a lie. The breakfast was mediocre and the breakfast room so crowded you had to elbow people out of the way. And then the last night, one of the lights in my room stayed on even after I turned off all the switches, and the woman at the desk had gone home, so I slept (sort of) all night with the lights on.

Great facilities and location. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Amazing breakfast and 24/7 free coffee and water was very useful.

Great place to stay for a few days. It's within walking distance from the bus station, which makes it very convenient for the airport. It's close to the city center as well, the facilities are clean and the staff was super helpful! They gave me some typical pastry to try and some drinks when checking out.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very professional and pleasant. I liked the breakfast, it was very diverse. The location of the hotel is extremely close to the city centre - 5 minutes of walking.
