A wonderful hotel! Everyone was so helpful!

We had an issue during check in, as our room turned out to be single, instead of double. Staff promptly resolved the issue and eventually provided us with room free of charge. Super supportive team.

Family-owned hotel with neat story of restoration to family after independence. Location convenient to walking to bus station (10-15 minutes) and to river (5 minutes). Very clean. Well located just a few blocks from the main town attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Everything you could want in a hotel room. Very nice breakfast too! The parking is a little bit tight, but we managed with the help of one of the receptionists.

A small and friendly hotel only 10 minutes walk from the tourist attractions but nice and peaceful (we were there over the weekend). Our flight to Ljubljana was cancelled and we ended up flying to Venice and driving. We were very glad to have the secured parking in the hotel (18 euros per night) for our rental car. The restaurant was closed at the weekend. There are options nearby but more atmosphere if you walk to the old town.

One evening we were disturbed by the extremely loud music from the event hall beneath our room, which lasted for 2.5 hours. There was no lift and the street and immediate neighborhood was uninteresting.

Everything was great — the room was very clean, which was a huge plus. Great breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Terrace was great for afternoon rest. There were only two minor drawbacks: the hairdryer was quite weak, and the room door did not have an inside lock. The wi-fi could be faster.

The staff was wonderful and very flexible re letting us keep our car in the parking lot after we checked out. The breakfast was wonderful and I imagine it's even better when you can sit outside in the summer. The hotel is very close to a truly wonderful restaurant which only uses Slovenian products, just around the corner.

The staff was a wonderful, helpful and immediately responsive group of very friendly and efficient young people! The breakfast was very nice! The rooms were very large, very clean and nicely furnished with a sense of times past which we very much liked! Overall, great staff, great food, great rooms and wonderful location right in the heart of town, 7-8 minutes walk from the river and the most important attractions!
