Loud street and construction noise! Rooms are dated, one of the worst IHG or Intercontinental hotel I have ever stayed in. Surprised they hold the name and intercontinental has not done anything about.

Staff & Service: Incredibly welcoming , highly responsive , professional, and go above and beyond . We didn't get the type of room we reserved but later they moved us to right room.

Location, helpful staff, pool with view, sauna, dinner time. Especially communication through Whatsapp was step in the future. Sometimes waiting for walet parking to bring my car. But that was busy morning so I can understand that.

Special thanks to the bar staff and colleague Maja at the reception for their kindness and professionalism. For that price the breakfast should be better. For example there was no fresh cheese at all. Furthermore, I asked the reception twice for an XXL size swimming pool robe and I didn't get one during the 4 days I was at the hotel
