Hostel Tivoli

The hostel was so clean, bed was fresh and comfortable, toilets were clean as well. The breakfast was average and the location quite far from the center but it’s near to the bus stop. The staff was so friendly and they let me put my backpack after check out for some hours. Thanks! The hostel was quite small, but everything was fine with me

Clean and well managed. I paid Booking.com the full reservation amount of USD 36.95 at the time of booking (see Attachment #1). The payment confirmation clearly states that this amount included VAT of USD 3.13. However, when I arrived at the property, the owner, Matija, required me to pay an additional EUR 3.13 in tax before allowing me to check in (see Attachment #2, the receipt for the tax payment made at the property). Although I showed him my Booking.com payment confirmation indicating that tax was included, he insisted that my Booking.com payment did not cover this charge. I am not in a position to determine which party is correct. However, the fact remains that I was charged twice for what appears to be the same tax. I would appreciate it if Booking.com could investigate this matter, clarify the reason for the duplicate charge, and, if appropriate, arrange a refund. :::

Staff were friendly, and room was spacious. Toilets and showers were very small barely room to move in.

comfy beds, friendly & accommodating staff, free breakfast, location maybe they can install curtains for the beds and also some rubber for the side of the beds where you can put stuff so that it doesn't make any noise when putting stuff there

I could feel every spring in my mattress.. but honestly not the worst mattress I’ve had in a hostel. The kitchen was itty bitty and the freezer was frozen solid (it was a mini fridge).

The staff, late check-in, breakfast are included, and the cleanliness The cushion and the mattress need to be changed, at least mine were so uncomfortable

Beds are not for tall people aside from that very good

It was difficult to step into the bed, I felt that the ladder was dangerous, too high.

- Lockers were good - staff was very friendly - showers were very good - close to Lidl and tivoli Bus station - many free things to use for cooking - no curtains - very small kitchen - the mattress could be better! I felt the metal inside - also as a taller person you cannot stretch your legs in the bed

Lovely hostel just 15 minutes from Ljubljana bus and train station, clean rooms, comfy beds, spacious kitchen, and free coffee anytime! The lady at reception is incredibly helpful, always sharing great tips about sights, excursions, and bus times. It truly feels like home here. ❤️

Staff were friendly and helpful. Too tiny, shower facilities are old and breakfast is just bread, jam and cereal.

It’s expensive for what it is. Kitchen was very cramped.
