MS Sparrow Hostel

Everything! Dennis is a wonderful and very considerate and helpful hostel manager! The whole check-in process was seamless, the place was very clean, easy to access and offered great ammenities. I have stayed in hostel that can be very loud and hard to enjoy your stay, and this is definitely not the case. If you are staying in Ljubljana, this is a 10/10 recommendation! Nothing to mention!

Really enjoyable stay! Everything is modern, spotlessly clean and secure. I didn't think it was too far from the city center, and the bus connection is also good.

By far the cleanest hostel i've stayed at! The hotel manager was also really really accommodating and i appreciate it.

The location was good, 25 min walk from the centre. Also the beds were really good so were the facilities. Owner is a kind soul and I really enjoyed the converstion with him. Another good thing is that there is parking spaces right in front. Would come here again!

Comfortable, very clean, and not too crowded. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately I had to share a room with two very sick people and caught their cold/flu/virus. Obviously not the hostel’s fault exactly.

Extremely clean and quiet hostel! Just a short bus ride from the city center and next to a grocery store and some restaurants and cafes. AC in rooms was great. Highly recommend!

Dennis runs the Hostel and possibly the owner. The place is spotlessly clean and he is ingratiating and very helpful with any questions you have.

It was surprisingly clean compared to other hostels we have stayed in. It was fine for a short stay but it is very small with no common areas to hang out or relax in. Although there is a bus to take into town, it is pretty far from the old town if you prefer to walk. The bunks have no privacy screen or curtain. The AC in the room would technically turn on but there was no cold air so it was very hot and forced you to open a window which made it really loud because the property is located on a busy main street.

It really depends on who were your roommates, somebody back to the room late and left early, which couldn’t have a good sleep.

Arrived late due to locomotive breaking down before first connection to Ljubljana. However, after notifying management of MS Sparrow of later arrival (after 1AM), I received a message giving me the code to front door and location of room and bed. I had trouble with code but got help through management to open door. They assigned me to a six-bed dorm. However, I was he only occupant for the two days of my stay. Nearby was a great cafe for coffee and drinks (vey cheap). Pizza place on the other side with Subway and grocery story nearby also. Kitchen was great with frig, MW, and EK and plenty of tables, silverware, dishes, pots, etc. Host Dennis was very helpful. Nothing.

Good, spaciuos room with comfortable beds where there were 3 more guests. There is an opportunity to freely park your car in front of the hostel if there is a place. Easy check-in and friendly stuff. Close to the center, cafes, markets around, bus-stop too.

Very good low Budget Option, several Food Venues and Public Transport with Easy CheckIn and CheckOut Maybe dont keep the Top Windows open in the Shared Shower room and the Sockets to charge in the Room are unfortunately placed directly behind the Stage Bed
