Very well located Breakfast is too expensive

Great stuff! Very good location!

The motion detector bathroom light is terrible. When one person gets up in the middle of the night, it wakes everybody up. We ended up putting a Band-Aid over the motion detector to stop it from turning on. You guys really need to fix this. This would be one reason why we wouldn’t come back.

Location, access to parking, and room None

Friendly and patient staff, very clean rooms. Small and charming design details in the rooms (like the little kitty in the WC :-) ). Clean and spacious parking garage. Location is simply unbeatable. Thanks for the upgrade to "castle view" - as repeat guests we appreciate the gesture.

Hotel is in a very good location. Staff is very friendly.

In hindsight, our room was not as spacious as one a friend we met at the hotel had. Although we were told it was an upgrade for a castle view, it really didn't allow us enough seating or truly efficient storage space.

Easy to access because it’s not in the pedestrian zone and close to the river. An easy 5 minute amble. The rooms are on the smaller side but not unusual for Europe. The space between the sink, the toilet and shower is tight for two people.

This is my go-to hotel in Ljubljana, and every single time it proves to be the right choice.

Excellent location, variety of breakfast, helpful & kind staff. Advance technology used in the rooms, good waste management regimen. The shower has no hooks or hangers to keep towels or essential clothes.

I give 5 only for the iopen bathroom in the rooms which absolutely is ugly and i hate it.

They were able to prepare glutein free breakfast for my grilfriend, she suffers from celiac desease. breakfast area is a bit like in an hostel, not very comfy

The layout of the room regarding the bathroom and shower. It's nothing major, but the toilet has no privacy from the rest of the room.

The location to the train station and attractions. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom arrangement. I would like to have a complete separate bathroom within the guest room.

Breakfast is not worthy of 18 Euro. You have much better choice outside

Great views and great location. Comfortable bed Not too keen on the breakfast restaurant areas and bar area in foyer. Feels on display and doesn't take advantage of the castle views. Maybe better on roof? Also not sure I like paying via their company links rather than via booking.com

I did not like the fact that we must pay for the parking of our car. We did booking for the hotel and usually whenever we visit a hotel the parking for the guest is free. Here the parking was too expensive, they ask for 35 euros for 1 day parking, which it too much. Even when I go to Dubai I do not pay such an expensive parking. For that reason I will not book again in that hotel
