Location! Facilities and breakfast were good. Staff was not seen much. Not accessible by car. Must lug bags a block or so.

The breakfast was very extensive, lots to choose from, depending upon your preference. The room and bed were comfortable and room very clean. The location was excellent in the center where everything was very walkable. We were driving a rented car and you cannot drive up to this hotel to even drop your bags. We had to figure out ourselves about a parking garage not too far away, which was fine, but very expensive for our 2-day stay. It would be helpful if the hotel forewarned you about this situation and gave you guidance.

An absolute highlight of our trip. A wonderful hotel with very comfortable beds, a fantastic breakfast spread and extremely helpful staff. I would not stay anywhere else in Ljubljana!

Personnel, especially Ana, were terrific. Difficulty getting there inside pedestrian zone until Ana arranged taxi/Kavalir for us. Then no problem.
