The location is outstanding. Lovely path to walk into the center. The owner is too-notch, A+++. Great layout for an apartment stay. We liked everything. To make it a 10 it would require very little, just replacing a few worn cooking items, such as scratched Teflon pots/pans, new cutting board, offering some BASIC essentials like salt & pepper, paper towels and a deep clean. A dehumidifier would work wonders. I would not hesitate to stay again we love Llanes.

This was overall the best place we stayed during our 2 week France and Spain trip. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Great off street parking. There is a path you can take to LLanes so no need to drive and find parking. It was a quick and pleasant stroll to dinner each evening. Our host Felippe was very nice and helpful. Very enjoyable! If you use Google Maps be careful when you arrive to Cool House's neighborhood. The app wants you to take you on tiny streets that you do not need in a circle when it is very close to a main road.. Once you find it the first time, it is very simple afterwards.

Excellent and private location. 10 minute walk to the centre of town. There is plenty of space to hang out plus top kitchen facilities. Oh, don't forget the high-pressure bathroom shower. Private and secure car parking. Felipe was an awesome host. Wifi was hit and miss.
