Great location. Rooms are very dated. Bathroom needs renovating. Shower was poor.

Helpful staff, great location where could walk to nice restaurants and along canal, car park was good (had to pay extra for this though), family room was good size and comfortable for us Music was very loud and played until quite late and could hear music in room, we had 2 small children but luckily they just slept through it but good to be aware!

Discounted room had double cheaper than single. Helpful staff. Comfy bed. good lighting. Nice size room and bathroom. Nice shampoo and shower gel Shower could have been better but nice to have bath too

Needs a major refurbishment! Felt dingy and unclean and was very tired

The room was clean. Tea and coffee was good. The shelf above the sink didnt allow you to wash your face without hitting your head. The space where the toilet was felt a little cramped. The curtains were heavy but had to be closed for any privacy. People seemed to stand and chat just below the window at night. Parking was difficult to spot - had to go round the block and eventually ask at the desk.
