This historically listed former coaching house is located on the A5 in the center of Llangollen, just a few minutes' walk from all the attractions and restaurants. Cambrian House is a small friendly B&B offering guests a home from home stay. Free WiFi and Parking for 1 car per room is available on site. Rooms at Cambrian House are fully furnished. Each comes with a TV, hairdryers and facilities for making tea and coffee. Every room has an private bathroom with powerful showers. A full cooked breakfast is provided in the morning, and vegetarian and lighter options are also available. The town features a steam railway, the 13th-century remains of Castle Dinas Bran, and the 17th-century "Ladies of Llangollen.” Wrexham is 13 miles away, and Chester is a 40-minute drive from the building. Check in is between 2pm-9pm Check out 10am.

Was very central to the town, had a parking space. Couldn’t open windows much(old sash windows) and was hot in room.

I liked the hosting. Cath is larger than life and very kind and attentive. The breakfast was well cooked and coffee free-flowing. Didn't like the shower particularly. Nothing wrong with the flow or cleanliness but my friend is over 6ft tall and Im a big lad. We both found it very tight and difficult to wash easily.

Cath and her staff were very helpful and welcoming. Big cooked to order Breakfast held me over to dinner every day. Bed comfortable, decor nice. Good location in a lovely town. Certainly could benefit from some updating (as owner noted will be doing). Bathroom was very tight / especially shower. My room had some street noise, but curtains blocked street light.

The location is excellent, the staff very helpful and friendly, and parking on-site is available if you notify at least a few days in advance. A lot cleaner than the average B&B, and lots of choices for breakfast. No major complaints or issues at all, and can strongly recommend. A desk (or small table) in the room would have been nice (if e.g. forced to do work when travelling), which should be standard. The floor of the room tilted noticeably (so almost fell out of the bed once or twice from gravity), but in all fairness told of this when checking in. Also, whilst nothing was bad, everything was not perfect as still a number of things that could be improved; nothing of which that lessen my recommendation for this place, but when considering all things, not justifying a perfect 10/10, but close...

The location was good, pretty much central to every thing we needed for our short stay. The property was old & tierd, it needed some good maintenance & TLC. The loo in my shower room was as usual very loose.
