Thank you to Lesley and the team at Shieldaig Farm for an unforgettable stay! Lesley is a super lovely host. The property captures classic traditional charm beautifully while offering modern, convenient upgrades for a very comfortable stay. Having a wonderful choice of breakfast served right to our room was great. To top it all off, meeting the two sweet dogs (one of whom was delightfully playful!) made our visit even more special. An absolute gem of a place! The shower was a bit difficult to handle but we managed

Very picturesque setting in a secluded farm area with beautiful views. Nicely updated rooms and bathroom. Very personable, accommodating and helpful owner Delicious breakfast. Restaurants nearby. A slight bathroom odor. Unfinished road leading up to house but manageable.

Breakfast was brilliant and it was nice walk to duckbay hotel A wee bit of the road upto Shieldaig was a bit bumpy but nothing that would stop us from visiting again

Very good

Brilliant location and immense care taken with the accommodation. Friendly and informative reception. Access requires careful driving but this was flagged in advance.

Breakfast served to our room was excellent. Availability of bread, yogurt etc in the room was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. Very friendly dogs! Was nice to stay outside the town. State of the road to approach the property is ropey - though it was pointed out that’s not the responsibility of Sheildaig Farm.

Sheildag Farm was a great place to stay. The farm is a little off the beaten path but definitely worth it! Very quiet. Host greeted us upon arrival. Rooms were clean. Delicious homemade breakfast was delivered to our rooms.

Quiet. Clean. We were very well looked after. Road up to the property was very bumpy but fine once we’d navigated it a couple of times.

Very nice bed and breakfast with greenery around and parking. Breakfast was also very good.

Away from the tourist locations but still close Room very small

A very charming dwelling, thoughtful and comfortable. It was very small, a little difficult to manage suitcases etc. I think it might have been better to remove the dining table and chairs. Possibly Lesley could cater for breakfast in the communal sitting space.

Lesley’s welcome. Bed too hard. No windows to see out.

The views are beautiful. The host, Leslie, is warm and inviting. The breakfast is what you order the evening before, on time and hot! The Farm is located just outside a quaint town with lovely restaurants. It’s functional, and clean but it’s on the small side and the bathroom is tight.

Breakfast was amazing, room was clean and had everything you needed. Host, Lesley, was very friendly and helpful. The shower pressure wasn't great
