Beautiful views of Locorotondo and gorgeous grounds, walking distance to Locorotondo, beautiful spacious room with comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and cappuccino and super friendly staff. Emanuel, the owner of the property, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay. Loved everything about the property but we were unable to navigate the correct location from the GPS guidance (Emanuel came to find us and led us to the property)

The breakfast was amazing! Homemade pastries, jams, croissants, fruit, eggs & bacon. Having to check-out was the worst part.

We loved our stay here and felt quite sad to leave. The Masseria is beautiful, and in a beautiful setting, well landscaped, with a gorgeous view of Locorotondo. Emanuel and the staff were so helpful, especially at breakfast and in booking dinner reservations for us. It's very central to many other towns in the region, assuming you have a car. The breakfast was abundant and well presented. There was a pool but we didn't use it; however it looked very pretty with many loungers around. Also appreciated the air conditioning which worked well, unlike most places on our trip. We stayed in a trulli which was very cool, but just to note that there is a step down into the bathroom so you have to remember that in the night when you go.

What a picture perfect setting! Such a lovely property and very close to the town of Locorotondo. Emmanuel and his team could not have been more helpful. One day it was raining when we arrived back to the Masseria and they appeared out of nowhere with umbrellas!! The breakfast was amazing - cooked to order eggs, meats/cheeses, fruit, sweets. Our room had a private patio which was lovely. The location is great for exploring many of the charming towns in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location is the best to base one's visit to several places in Puglia. The grounds and building are most lovely. The Owner and Manager and the staff were very helpful.

Masseria Grofoleo is an exceptional place. Surrounded by gorgeous gardens the lodgings are beautiful, spacious, and provisioned with everything needed to make a comfortable stay, from the moment of arrival you will know this inn is unique. The staff are friendly and extremely attentive but not intrusive. The property is elegant but not stuffy. Masseria Grofoleo is truly among the best in which we have stayed. I can think of nothing!

Emmanuel and his staff did everything to make our stay wonderful! One of the best experiences we’ve had in over 30 years of travel. Would definitely recommend! Can’t think of anything significant to mention.

Outstanding! Probably the nicest place that we have ever stayed at. Huge attention to detail. Grounds are gorgeous and room was immaculate. We loved staying in a true “trulli house” - it added so much to our entire experience. Nothing negative to say.

Stunning property Nothing except you have to have a car to go anywhere - Emmanuel the owner of this masseria is incredibly kind and thoughtful and he would personally drop us or pick us up from a few places and did not charge for this service which i thought was very generous of him .

great hospitality of the owner Emanuel, his mother, as well as other staff, Beautifully mainteined propery ideal for a longer and relaxt stay during exploring Pulia. Very clean, confortable and spacious room arranged with a lot of taste, grat breakfirst with local fresh ingrediants and pastries served in the beautifull garden. Orange and lemon jam prepared by owner's mother was amazing. Really good ans supportive energy !!

Masseria is perfect in every way -- beautiful restored and quaint facility, gorgeous landscape, beautiful view of Locorotondo, wonderful breakfast. The hospitality is superb -- Emmanuele and his staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. On the evening of our arrival he even drove us up to Locorotondo (he reserved dinner for us), and then picked us up. We loved this location and it was very convenient to drive to visit other villages in the area. Honestly, one of our favorite stays in Italy. Everything is top notch -- facility, room, linens, food, service! We could have stayed longer! Nothing

There is no better place than Masseria Grofoleo and no more gracious host than Emanuel, who, along with his loyal companion, Evanno, will go to great lengths to provide the best possible stay. Our accommodation was comfortable (and incredibly fragrant) and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city of Locorotondo, just a few minutes’ walk from the Masseria (also, Alberobello and Monopoli are two other beautiful cities nearby). Breakfast, served in a glass-enclosed veranda, lets you start your day surrounded by nature and the stunning landscapes of the Valle d’Itria. By the way, Emanuel’s mother’s homemade jams are fantastic. Everything was simply perfect. For two days, it was our little piece of paradise (crowned with a special dinner that Emanuel and Evanno prepared for us on the last day). We will return, and it won’t take long. Thank you to everyone at Masseria Grofoleo for the warm hospitality and kindness.
