I liked how it’s all clean and quite I recommend taking a room with the view on the pool and terrace. We got the room in the back with no view at all but to be fair it was good value for the money anyway.

The hosts and Villa were exceptional! Very welcoming and accommodating, just a lovely place to stay! The breakfast was amazing, very reasonably priced for the delicious variety! We were very comfortable and enjoyed the short walk to Locorotondo. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely place. Super clean. Super friendly staff

Amazing experience. The Villa has everything you need and more. Well equipped, with an amazing pool and most importantly super friendly and attentive staff. We had an amazing stay. Make sure you make more time to use what the Villa has to offer even if you are tempted to visit more places. It is worth it!

Excellent location. Right outside Locorotondo. Excellent welcome with a nice food platter and glass of wine! Very friendly and warm staff. Amazing breakfast. Easy parking. Pool!

Was amazing! Wi-Fi Lages a little

The neighbor to the property had a barking dog, that barked continuously on the second night. Wifi was weak.

The welcome was genuine. The hosts are very proud of their property and it shows in the way the grounds are kept. Clean, neat and cured. Honestly, not a thing was unfavourable.

Great location. A short walk to town. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff. The small sofa was uncomfortable and only big enough to seat one person. The bed was comfortable.

The location was great, such easy access to town. We lived the staff, especially Katia. She was a breath of fresh air. Our room was enormous. It felt like home. The breakfast was bountiful. Nothing. It was a perfect stay.

Very warm host, spacious appartment, and the location is optimal for visiting the neighborhood.

The room was very spacious with a prettyl terrace which looks onto the garden. Lovely pool, unfortunately it was not warm enough to swim in October. Excellent spread for breakfast with a lot of variety. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. There was a beautiful outdoor area where one can sit in the shade or sun.

Huge clean and comfort apartment. Private parking spot. There is a train line close to the apartment place, but we did not hear any train noise. Quite far by walk from city center (almost 1 km). The rest was perfect.

Hosts Katia and Asia were super friendly and generous. The villa is gorgeous, breakfasting under the grape vines is just *chef's kiss*. Hosts and staff were wonderful. The pool is a refreshing cool dip in the hot Italian summer. If I could I would return every year. Fully equipped kitchenette as well.

Everything! One of the most nice and clean hotels we have been in Italy. Personnel, room, pool. All a big 10! Location very central and 1 km away from locorotondo with nice restaurants. We had appartment “Ulivo”. There are three appts with poolview. Others even beautifull but around the corner. Can absolutely advise Caramia! There was no reataurant in evenings but understandable with such small hotel and locorotondo so close.

We were welcomed by Assa and she showed us around this little paradise and explained all in good English. She is also present in the afternoon around pool area, we found her really really amazing and Katia should keep her. We found the breakfast really good, also beautifully served underneath grape vines. We always took 1 small and 1 typical breakfast and that was more than enough. Katia makes whole breakfast fresh herself including cakes and it varies everyday a little bit. Also loved the focacias with capocolo and straciatella next to the pool, the days that we were both sick the breakfast and a focacia was enough to get us through the days. Katia really does a lot of effort for her guests and tries everything to make you feel home. She doesnt speak English, but we were not bothered by this. We still felt more than welcome and google translate helped us if needed. Villa complex, room, pool etc all is clean and maintained well. Bed is towards hard side which is positive for me. Locorotondo centre is just over 20min easy walk. Station is 5min further. It only gets steaper when entering town. Roads are lit badly by night, so use phone or flashlight for safety. We hope to come back here in the future (in a cooler time). After such a nice stay with wonderful host Katia and Assa its almost impossible to think of something negative or that annoyed us. If I think hard its maybe the shower cabin that could be bigger. I am over 2 meters tall by the way. My gf wasnt bothered by this. The worst thing was leaving this beautifull place.. Just a comment for those wondering about traffic noise: There is a railtrack closeby but the amount of trains are very low and when at the pool we only heared the bells from the crossing, but not the train itself. Also the amount of traffic on the road next to the villa is very low.
