Location served purpose for theatre show. Room a little small for a family room but fine for 1 night.

Small room and bathroom, located close to Victoria station and you have a metro station gust a few minutes walking. Good and friendly staff Bathroom was very small and there was a few marks of an iron on the floor. We visit during heatwave so the room was extremely hot and one fan wasn’t enough to cool it down

Location. Staff was very nice, attentive, and helpful. Were able to provide refrigeration for medication. Very small room. No A/C. No in room refrigerator.

Location was okay, bed seemed to look clean and was comfortable The pictures and the room itself was the absolute were so different. The shower was super mouldy and the door was not opening properly. The room smelt like sewage and the carpet was covered in stain. There was no iron in the room and the phone wasn’t working we tried calling reception on our phone and no one picked up. We were based on basement floor and outside our window was full of old furniture and rubbish that was dumped outside.

Fantastic location. The room and the toilete, are really small. But I guess this is London, at the price I paid.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and made my friend and I incredibly welcome. The location is also near to many of the main attractions. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The lack of AC in the summer.
