Great location. Cosy room. Clean. Nothing really. Just expect it to be a little tired in places.

The room was clean and tidy bed comfortable We had to have the window open because of the temperature off the room even with two fans going it was so hot there should have been some barriers across the window as it was so close to the floor and a slope to the floor which my wife tripped up she was lucky I was sitting by the window

The location was great The heat, I was on the top floor, it was incredibly hot, there were 2 fans in the room, but very noisy at night. I did not like the window in my room, I felt it was dangerous! It only opened (and stayed open ) wide open, I would have been terrified if I had a child in the room! The shower wasn’t great maybe because the room was at the top, water pressure issues?

The location was perfect. We were there to see Wicked and sightseeing around Westminster. Pimlico station was less than 5 minutes walk and the surrounding streets were pretty. I know that the hotel cannot control the heat, but being on the top floor with no air conditioning meant we had zero sleep. The heat was a danger to life of an elderly person or baby/toddler. I would not be staying there in the summer months. No access to a fridge so the gallons of water we bought were warm. The window also only opened partially so not a lot of air circulating. My husband did need to phone in the middle of the night but no one answered his calls. The reception closes at 10pm but there is a number to call but no one answered. The lady on reception in the morning did not take on board any of our concerns at all.

The pictures made it look better than it was

Nothing I want my money back I only stayed one day I want credit for 4 days. I had to stay at another hotel at additional cost to me. Small, no a/c did not provide fans to help with heat .

Very close to attractions with a bus route 24 right outside which takes you straight to all attractions. Room was quite small

Comfortable, immaculately clean, very friendly welcome. Excellent location very close to underground and bus routes yet on a nice and not too busy street. Really appreciate the check-in and out times that are better than many hotels offer.

The location was very convenient, with a metro station nearby and several major sightseeing attractions within walking distance. The weather was extremely hot during my stay, and unfortunately the hotel did not have air conditioning. The room was equipped with only a small fan, which was insufficient to keep the room comfortable.

Location Staff were wonderful! Special shout out to Magdalena for helping sort out an issue. Climbed 8 sets of stairs with luggage to get to room. Expensive.

The location was great ☺️ easy to get to from Victoria Station The room I stayed in was a family room and it was very hot weather at the time...so between 3 teenagers and fans to keep the room cool there wasn't enough plug outlets.

Very welcoming host, lovely decoration and a homely touch to the place, everything was clean and well presented. Well stocked tea and coffee supplies too. The room was a little too small for a 6ft guy but I understand it's more due to the physical limitations of the space.
