Location and friendly staff The AC was cutting out and not cooling,my room was changed and upgraded but even in the new room 2nd day onwards the ac was not to my satisfaction it kept cutting out at night.I had to get upultipke times to reactivate it.

We couldn’t find a hotel in Wimbledon Village we went to watch the tennis. This was the most newest and reasonable that we could find and we enjoyed our stay. Good

Great quiet location near the river but also very close to the railway station. Friendly attentive staff . Nice buffet breakfast. Poorly lit room. Patchy room service . Shower drain partially blocked by previous guests hair.
