This is a great spot in a great location. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was as great and food at the pub for dinner was also fantastic.

The location is perfect for exploring in and out of London. The bathroom was small with the toilet squeezed in between the shower and sink making it a bit claustrophobic but this is specific to the room I think and really not a reason not to stay. The breakfast was not as good as on previous stays. The produce used was good but it was small and the selection for continental was reduced. Also the use exclusively of sourdough bread for everything was really annoying as sourdough only really works when you have something for it to soak up. As soldiers with a dippy egg it was would crumble to nothing or feel a bit like dipping a cracker.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast. Location. air had air-conditioning. Love Bramley products, I have them at home. Please continue using them. Don’t refill with another product that is not Bramley

Room was comfortable with excellent facilities, good breakfast choice. Younger waiting staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Shower screen leaked on the floor.

Comfortable room with a lovely walk in shower, good off street parking & a lovely breakfast. Bed was a bit uncomfortable with a spring sticking through.

We stayed in the Catherine Parr room at the front of the hotel which was exceptional for the price. Excellent breakfast to send us on our way. No Freeview on the TV - just random apps. Couldn't find the fridge which was hanging on the wall in the corner of the room.

Staff and food were amazing Sorry to say that the mattress in the twin bedded room was very uncomfortable I asked for a mattress topper after a sleepless night but unfortunately it was still uncomfortable I didn’t want to be rude to ask for another it maybe needs upgrading

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, and its location made it excellent value for money. We were there for Wimbledon, the free parking was a real bonus, the breakfast was exceptional, and we enjoyed a very good Sunday lunch on arrival. Can't think of anything
