Everytime someone crossed the floor door I could heard it as my room was right next to it.

Three nights staying, two nights out of water supply, what will you feel? In addition, they don't clean your room when you stay, how mess is it every day!

It's not as clean as it could be. Place needs better maintenance. Only 1 lift, lights in room not working, no WiFi. Breakfast not as advertised. Not a full complement of juices on offer. Fairly certain the sausage was not real meat.
