The location was good and the staff was nice. First of all, I booked a single bedroom, I didn’t except to have a large bedroom, but it was too small and nothing like the pictures on the website. During my weekend there, 2 times the hoover was on, first time was on a Saturday at 9am, and the second time was on a Sunday at 8:30am???? I can understand that cleaners have to clean bedrooms, but this too early, I am very sure that I wasn’t the first disappointed. Also, someone came into my bedroom at 10am to get my bins, again, I can understand that they have work to do but this was my first night at the hotel?? And the way they knocked the door and tell me that they needed to get my bins was not very polite. On top of that, the bed was not comfortable at all, and having little bedroom is a thing, but next to that giving to clients a tiny window is very dangerous, people can suffocate or turn sick. I was not feeling well, and I just wanted to go back home.

Only Location was best 20 Meters from Paddington Station Alots of restaurants and different shops around the hotel . Room size was small but acceptable Shower area 50.cm × 50cm , i dropped my face wash but could not pick it up
-
Location Tiny toilet and dated decor and finishing

The location was good The room we got looked nothing like the booking photos, when asked the staff claimed it was an error on booking.coms end but we have out doubts, Regardless of that, the room we did get was very small the floor was slanted, the bathroom was incredibly small we had to sit sideways when using the toilet, the shower head was spraying out the side of it, and the pillows were paper thin

The location was really good for a one day transit stay as it was easy to get to and from LHR The swipe card access was the most complicated thing I've seen and really fickle. It took the staff member a couple of minutes to open my room door for me. The toilet was external to the room and I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to get back into my room. It took up to a minute of trying each time until it randomly opened.

Location to Paddington railway and tube station connections. No black out curtains to the window. Single electric socket outlet with a single adapter not good enough for the room size and use. No electrical items were PAT tested. Poor quality bedding. Noisy room due to the nearby underground tube network. Poor quality and dangerous electric hairdryer. The electric vent in the shower room/toilet did not work. 2 bedside small lights did not work. Not so good bed mattress. Checking in time from 1500hrs - I arrived at 1615hrs and my room was not ready - asked to sit in the rear outside area - waited around 30 minutes - and then told that the room was available. Overall, very poor fire safety issues in the hotel - several internal fire doors wedged open - poor fire exit directional signage - other fire doors to store rooms not locked - asked to see the external fire assembly point and was refused!

Great location, friendly staff, very good price The room is rather small and in the basement, but it's adequate to the price

You get what you pay for. It was a great place if you're looking for somewhere to sleep, shower and leave. The distance to the metro and train was perfect, and there are some good places to eat a short walk away. The room was unbelievably hot, even at night. There was a fan in the room, at least. I will say it wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't disgusting. You get what you pay for, so be realistic when you set your expectations.

Nothing My room didn't match the photos. The staff weren't helpful in finding me a new room.

The location was great for the price and the rooms were indeed clean. Staff were very friendly and provided good information. Internet was accessible throughout the building with multiple connection points. There was a patio on the second floor which was accessible during certain times which was nice. Rooms had teabags, mug, shampoo and soap. A communal fridge was down in main lobby. I booked a solo traveller room so I wasn't expecting a large room to begin with however the room was a lot smaller than expected. The bedroom was a single bed, an unplugged TV with loose wires wrapped and hung over the top, a window that would not stay open (during a heatwave) a shower and a sink that did not drain. The small size of the bedroom unfortunately made the heat unbearable (not the hotels fault) but the fact the window wouldnt stay open just made the fan circulate hot air...until I blocked it open with a bottle/toilet roll. My toilet was a floor beneath me accessible with a key.

Location For 3 people the room was very small.

this is a lovely little boarding house style of a place. Clean and the staff is friendly. But be advised, there is no elevator and lots of stairs. Also, the bathroom is down the hall.
