Lovely room, excellent and convenient location. Staff extremely helpful. The option to have air-conditioning was a lifesaver.

Excellent proximity to Paddington station, staff extremely hospitable & helpful, room very clean. Hadn’t appreciated how loud / rumbly the trains would be on the ground floor so took a bit of getting used to. Due to nature of the pod style bathrooms, the fans run on for quite a while after the light is switched off, which was really noticeable when going to bed but appreciate that not everyone would be bothered by this.

Excellent staff Photos did not match my room at all

Excellent staff. Great location. En suite quite small.

Proximity to Paddington Station was excellent. Also, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Although the bed was quite small, it was a tight squeeze to move around the bed and between bed and bathroom. No lift.

Very convenient for paddington station.

Close proximity to Paddington Station and a few good places to eat Itty bitty bathroom. If you are a larger person, it will be difficult to manoeuvre. There are 61 steps to the 3rd floor which can be daunting after a long day of walking about. Nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Perfect location and the staff is so kind and helpful. Room (1 person) was small; I had a room even smaller than the ones on the pictures, but very clean. Bathroom too, could almost touch the toilet from my bed but the room had everything I needed, including a mini fridge, locker and tv. Please note there is no elevator (which was fine by me). Also, I think a underground line is going underneath the hotel becausw you could hear and feel it every now and then. Paddington station is only 2 minutes walking. For a stay of about 2 nights I would recommend because it's very affordable. -

Location is very good just 1 min walk from the Paddington station. Also the view to boulevard park few feet from hotel would have been nice, if you had it. The room was rather clean and staff were friendly. Kettle and fridge is nice to have. The smallest room I have ever seen was on the top floor about 70 steps. Stairs were ok, as this is very common in London. But everything in that room was a struggle. Luckily my time spend there was very limited. The room had a "window" but it was next to the wall. My first impression when stepped into nearly bed size room was that I walk away but the hotel was otherwise full and I only stayed couple nights. Check carefully what you are booking there.

Location is perfect. Staff is wonderful. They had an AC in our room which was priceless as it was hot the day we visited. The bathroom is tiny (but not unusual for London). Some people may not like the rumbling noise as the underground trains pass below.

The staff were very accommodating. When I showed up with a huge bike box they found a space for me to assemble and store my bike. Found it hard to figure out the hot water for the shower.

Staff was great. 5/5 for helpfulness and super friendly. Bathroom was smaller than on most plains.
