Very close to the tube No elevator & unfriendly staff ! . Least hospitable people ( especially those on the front desk ) in a hospitality business . We had to drag our suitcases 3 flights of stairs up and down and did it twice cause we entered the wrong hallway the first time . Don’t even complain about it to the front desk . No sympathy or offer of help whatsoever , even blamed us for booking on the 2nd floor cause we thought it would only be 1 flight of stairs instead of 3 . We could have fallen dragging our suitcases up and down and they wouldn’t have cared . Not recommended especially for seniors .

Location, room was really clean and Dominique did a great job. Staff were friendly and breakfast was basic breakfast was plentiful Room was a little tired, very hot. Had to wait at reception for a while before someone came

Location excellent. Beds comfortable (although my friend thought they were less comfortable). Very clean There was an aircon unit in the room that wasn't working, we asked the desk staff about it, they said that it should be working and would fix it before we came back in the evening. Still wasn't working in the evening. It was a hot day so would appreciate aircon. Not too much of an issue

Great location, very near Paddington, lots of bars and restaurants near by but on a quiet square. Room was ok, bed comfy but squeeked. Staff were great, I had an emergency and messaged to let them know I may be late and they were very supportive. Breakfast was fine You get what you pay for, good value for money

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was great as well and they let us leave our luggage before checking and after checkout. The location was very good too. We had bed bugs in the room.

Good beds, good location for padimgton centre, bars restaurants and near our conference hotel - royal lancaster 3rd floor around 6 flights of stairs with a heavy case was difficult. Breakfast was mainly cake, in a dismal basement, felt uncomfortable. Shower had no pressure and toilet had drsins smell however the room was very clean and quiet.
