5 minutes to main line railway station and underground station for 4 lines. Some single rooms very small
-
Paddington Station extremely close and on a tree lined street. Easy access to restaurants and shops. We were accommodated with the 4 single beds we asked for and we were very happy about that. It took some time to get used to the small earthquake that the tube caused every time it ran underneath the hotel.

Convenient location. Free luggage storage. Check in is listed as 2pm but we were told to come after that. The room was tiny, no room for 2 people to move easily. The photos dont show you just how small it is. We were on the 3rd floor, 62 steps to climb with 45kgs of luggage. Difficult for me at my senior age. No lift, no help. The shower, toilet, bathroom was also tiny and the shower pressure was a 'trickle'. Faulty Towers without the humour. NO AIRCON.

It was convenient to Paddington. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. Good price for the accommodation which included a good selection at breakfast. Shower room was a bit small and the extractor fan wasn’t working.

Just a walking distance to Paddington Station and Hyde park. Everything else was just fine and as expected, but i stayed one night (transit) on the second floor, and with heavy luggages, it was very difficult and hassle to bring them up to the room without the elevator and no bellboy

Loved the location and ease of leaving bags, plus 11am checkout. I did reserve a room with 3 single beds and wasn't notified that wasn't going to be available however we made the configuration work and luckily the bed was comfortable.

Location, very convenient for Paddington Railway station and the underground, also shops and coffee bars nearby. Nothing

Absolutely loved the location as it is close and easy to find from Paddington Station. This hotel is dated and is ok for one night but wouldn't recommend anything more than that. Pictures are very deceiving as they show beautiful opened balcony doors - but in reality our door was only able to be opened a couple of inches. The balcony doors was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, so was extremely disappointed to get there and find they barely opened. The balcony is not able to be accessed at all. Beds are extremely small as is the shower entrance. There is a drain on the floor that emitted a strange and overbearing smell that made you want to throw up! Complimentary breakfast is basically toast with ham and cheese slices or Belgium waffle sections with no syrup. We chose not to eat breakfast our second morning. Definitely would not stay here again as we also felt the man at the check in counter was not very welcoming at all.

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Through no fault of the hotel the room was very hot restricted opening on balcony doors, fan provided wasn't much help, and had to pay for Internet the one that didn't need paying for wasn't very fast.

Staff were helpful , room and bathroom clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. The hotel also securely stored our luggage while we spent the day exploring London — a huge bonus. Air conditioning would have been good but there was a fan which was a good alternative.

Fantastic location by Paddington station. Room Was quiet at night. Breakfast wasn’t great, beans and eggs were cold.

Great location Shower was difficult to get a comfortable temperature

Decent hotel, excellent location. Room was very small but had everything I needed, fridge, tea/coffee, a bed and a TV. Small bathroom but did the job. Everything was dated but clean enough. Situated 5 mins from Paddington and a 10 minute walk to Kensington Gardens, it was a good place to stay, couple of Decent pubs, just around the corner as well. Little noisy, the underground must run directly beneath, so a big rumble every time a train went thru but that stopped from around midnight. No lift but its not a high hotel, I was on 2nd floor, so not too bad but not too good for the less mobile people!
