The location Poor customer service. There was a mistake made with my booking and I overpaid. Although I have chased them for 3 weeks, no one can be bothered to return my calls or resolve the situation.

Close to paddington station, walkable distance to many landmarks (less than 45 minutes) Rooms are cold, even with heater. Needs different curtains to cut the cold in winter

The water in the bathroom wasn’t very good for the shower.

The location near Paddington station that’s easy for me to walk. The ceiling that’s broken in 3A room where I did stay.

Location, many beds for a larger family, child friendly, breakfast included more than enough and delivered to the room A bit cramped with so many beds but functioned just not spacious if someone was expecting more space.

The location of Tonys house hotel is great. The area has a lot of café's, bars and all sort of restaurants. There's a bunch of stores just around the corner. The room was just that: a room. Shower and bathroom where decent. First of all: the breakfast wasn't what I had expeted. It was acutally the worst breakfast I have ever had when booking a hotel with breakfast included. Just some prefab cookies and bread type stuff. Nothing fresh. Should've know, but didn't pay attention to the reviews when booking. Same goes for the fact that the hotel is situated directly above the subway tracks. This resulted in quite some noise and shaking every three minutes or so, during tube operating hours.

Excellent location! Just few steps away from Paddington train station! Many shops and eateries just outside the doorstep. TOOT Bus Tours are also just round the corner on the right, very convenient :) Good wifi, even strong signals in rooms. Easy check in and check out. Good friendly staff. Booked the family room, got the lower ground floor with 2 double beds and 1 single bed.

Our 2nd time back here at Tony's House Hotel! Booked a family room again, 1 double bed and 3 single beds. This time on the first floor with nice views of the Norfolk Square park. A 1-night stay to attend a concert at Wembley Stadium. Great location very close to Paddington underground. Clean and comfortable beds too!

It is our 3rd time booking here, so that says a lot about this place! Great location, so so close to Heathrow Express, Paddington train and underground! Good rooms and beds. Convenient for family stays. Got the 1st floor family room again facing the Norfolk Square garden :) 3 single beds and 1 double. Tour buses right around the corner and food and shops outside the doorstep. Great choice!

I like the location I didn’t like the room was very small and not heater in bathroom or the room

Great location, great value.

The location My room was on the 4th floor and there wasn't a lift. I had to carry my bags up 4 flights of stairs, and every flight, the width of the stairs narrowed. It was a little worrying from a fire safety point of view. Being on the 4th floor, there was very little water pressure. It took 2-3 minutes to fill the kettle. The hot water took 5 minutes to arrive at the tap. The whole room looked in need of a total renovation. Breakfast time is after 8:00, which is no good if you are working. Apparently, breakfast is in your room! Very strange.

The location was excellent, 1 minute walk from Paddington station.1 stop on the Elizabeth line and your at Tottenham court road and your on Oxford road north, which is brilliant for night life and shopping. The room was tiny, shower took an eternity to warm up, the sink was tiny. They advertise breakfast included, the breakfast was mainly hotcross buns with no toaster in your room, well hotcross buns not toasted doesn't appeal to me. Take bottles of water with you because the kettle doesn't fit under the sink.
