Great location, close to Paddington Station. I inadvertently chose a small downstairs room, hence the constant noise and rumble of London Underground trains. The hotel looks to have been recently reburbished, but the free wifi barely reached our room. As the TV did not work, the staff moved us to another nearby room which had no safe, and no towel hooks in the bathroom. The Paddington area is way overpriced and would not stay there again.

Very disappointing stay. I chose this hotel because of its location near Paddington Station after a long flight, but the experience was terrible. The room had a spider in the curtain, and the AC was not working upon arrival. Although the staff eventually removed the spider and sent a technician, it took a long time to resolve both issues. When I first asked to change rooms, I was told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. The biggest problem was the constant noise and vibrations from nearby trains. It felt as if trains were passing directly beside the room, making it impossible to rest properly. After a stressful and uncomfortable night, I left the hotel at 5:00 AM. I would not stay here again.

Nice boutique scale hotel in regency terrace, overlooking the fairly quiet Norfolk Square. We had two standard double rooms for 4 of us which worked well. Very convenient for Paddington station/tube/Elizabeth line, approx 5 mins walk away. Rooms nicely presented and comfortable. Staff courteous and helpful. Fairly small toilet/shower room, one of our two rooms had the sink in the main room not with toiler/shower which was slightly odd. We could sense underground trains during the day/evening which appear to run directly under the hotel (stopped after midnight, at which point hotel was pretty quiet until morning). We were on first floor, so this affect may be less on higher floors or in other parts of the hotel.

The location is wonderful, friendly staff and the rooms are very tidy. The cushens are a bit flat, but you get two so that helps out.

Nice clean room, comfortable beds, nice views from the window, around the corner from Paddington station Super small rooms, windows didn’t open so we couldn’t access the balcony
-
Local to Paddington station Lovely street TINY room Even on the third floor you could feel and hear the subway The electrics in the room buzzed Initial greeting by staff was good but then every interaction was blunt and unwelcoming

I didn't like that you could hear and feel the trains passing buy every 5 min. The whole room shaked and it sounded ass if a plane was taking off. If you're gonna stay in the room the whole day then I won't recommend it. If your going out then the trains will stop after midnight.

The restroom has no door lock. Just frosted glass door. The water pipe in bathroom was slightly clog. The sofa bed does not that comfortable for sleep but ok.
