Location was perfect. Staff helpful and friendly. Room is a little small.

Great staff, great room and great location! I definitely recommend it.

Staff were friendly. Easy location to find, near the train station. The room had 4 beds bunched up together. One of the bed covers had a cigarette burn in it. There was hair on the sheets in the other beds. The floorboards and walls clearly need a lot of redecorating - not the value expected for what I paid! The bins were not emptied before I arrived. The door latch seems very insecure, as no way to lock from the inside. I pushed a bed up against the door to feel safe overnight. The furniture is very old, not fit for purpose.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Lovely people. The hotel was in a really nice area and on a lovely street, just around the corner for Paddington Station. Lots of shops and restuarants and bars around the area. I would stay here again. It didn't bother me but from our room you could hear the trains passing. Just something to keep in mind if you have a child with autism and is sensitive to noise.

Location, helpful staff. Great smart TV. Plenty of clean towels and tea and coffee making stuff :-) Small room up 4 flights of stairs with no lift access. Only one pillow per person, noisy as window rattled and didn't close properly, shower took a very long time to get warm and was only a dribble which went cold again. Room very tired looking and beds not the most comfy :-( very small room and bathroom for 4 people. Bathroom not the cleanest either with a very eggy drain smell to begin with. No soap in the bathroom, had to request some, and only one tiny shower gel for 4 guests and that was half used! Requested more which was quickly supplied.

Hired was awesome and made us veey welcome. The bathroom could be improved a bit more. It was too small and cramped.
