One block over from Paddington Station and Tube Stations. Stores, restaurants, pubs, all a few steps away. The room was clean and not up multiple flights. However was an extremely cramped room, to maneuver.

The staff here are amazing and have been so helpful throughout! The location is amazing and it is very quiet.

Convenient location and enough beds in one room for a family of 5. Standard to be expected of a budget hotel in London, no frills. As we were on the bottom floor there is noise from the tube during the day and during the summer it is very warm in the rooms with only small fans. Thankfully we had a window that opened.

What I liked most was the staff, who were always kind, polite, helpful, and very competent. The location was also excellent, close to the station and within easy reach of many restaurants, food options, and family-friendly activities. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed linen did not appear to have been changed; fortunately, I had brought my own. The room was extremely hot, the fans were very noisy, and both the bathroom and the areas under the beds were dirty, with dust, coffee stirrers and clothing tags left behind by previous guests. We didn’t complain during our stay because we spent very little time in the room and were mostly out sightseeing, but having stayed at other hotels in the area, I found the cleanliness here very disappointing.

The outside of the building was attractive and the member of staff who greeted us was lovely The 6 flights of stairs with no lift, the heat in room was unbearable no AC, the bed was very uncomfortable , room was tiny, bathroom was tiny, everything was dated just not a nice place

Hotel room was very clean, they were accommodating to my dust allergy. Everything was good and staff was friendly, rooms were nice and cool since the weather is hot, I would recommend this room not only for the cleanliness but the amazing location. 10/10 The shower was really hard to turn off, that’s all.

Great location, great value, it was clean and everything worked. Kettle, hairdryer, towels and soap provided. Shower was good too. No lift, rooms were quite small, no room to store a suitcase but to stay the night packing light it does the job very well.

5 mins walk from paddington station, very nice staff Noise of train between 00.30-6.30, and you will actually feel it. No A/C and no proper window. Room and equipment is not in a very good condition. Room is pretty small.

The staff are kind and polite.. the room was big enough to accommodate my 3 kids. It has 2 double bed and a single bed. No microwave and fridge . I didn't like the quilt on the top of the bed. I looks old and not a good colour as the colour is dirty. . The toilet has this stain inside that I believe a hard scrub and a good toilet cleaner will get ride of. The hotel really need a good renovation. But I guess that will shot their price.
