The location of the facility was perfect. Close to everything. Some staff was very friendly some weren't. The room was filthy. Clean sheets. The carpet in the room is disgusting. Tha fan made lots of noise and was disgusting, full of dust and very old.

Friendly staff, clean, good location. Place got terrible built quality, The place had an amateurish, DIY feel — like it had been thrown together by someone with no real building experience. There was no attention to detail or care taken with the finish; edges were rough, joins were sloppy, and it just felt slapdash throughout.

Spacious rooms, easy check in and very helpful Shower wasn’t the cleanest and there is a lot of noise within the hotel and from being near Paddington but that is to be expected
