Good staff and alright breakfast It was not so clean and we found a cockroach under our bed so we got a new room and we could choose between three rooms to change to so they where fast to get us a new room. Good staff

Location Small, dirty, cheaply made

Very convenient to getting around the Paddington area. Very close to the station. A good place to sleep and shower. It is VERY cramped, barely enough room to walk. The breakfast is lacking, mostly bread items.

It was comfortable No sausages or bacon for breakfast Location is very close.to the tube so the place felt like is was falling down every 4 minutes Was in the basement and even though a fan was provided it was really noisy Guests above us were very noisy

Reception area was clean and tidy and our room was clean and welcoming. Location was great. They were happy to look after our suitcases when we arrived early and looked after them before going home. Service was good. It was very small double room for two people. No room to move and know where to put our suitcases. We had to keep moving them to get to the bathroom. The room was very outdated, wardrobe and dresser was really old we had a chair we could not use because we had nowhere to put it and only one plug which was already being used for their telephone and the kettle. The fan in the room was an older style, but too high on the wall, and very noisy when on which ment while in bed you could not feel it. The windows had to be opened wide to get some air as it was really hot and stuffy in the room because of the weather and the size of the room. There wasn’t a lift, so it was hard lifting suitcases up to the 3rd floor. No help given. The toilet seat never stopped up, so was always rested on your back.

The price. I was put in the basement which is next to where people eat breakfast and it was as if I was sitting in the breakfast room. It was so noisy and woke me up and I couldn’t go back to sleep. Being in the basement was terrible too, felt like a prison. I paid £68 so you can’t expect much but the competitors around you don’t put you in the basement and it’s the same price. Wouldn’t go back because of this experience.

The location is great and it can be tough to find somewhere affordable with 3 beds in one room. The ensuite was tiny and not very clean. It had bits of chewed up tissue stuck to the ceiling and the paint was peeling off the ceiling.

Breakfast was very good and location was very good Room size at 404

Location and that the hotel was open 24/7, plus there was always someone to help in the front desk It could have been more clean. The smells were strong, specially the ones coming from the kitchen

Beds were not looking as shown in the photos. In fact, they were mattresses on a simple metal bed frame, which kind of gave some hospital bed vibes. Unfortunately they were very unstable since the beds were lifted higher up by adding additional wood to the legs, so whenever you were moving in bed, it was moving with you, feeling like soon its gonna break and fall. The window isolation wasnt good, sleeping just next to the window, you could feel wind getting through. The room is small but its okay for the money if you're not planning on spending much time inside.

Rooms are very small and beds are not comfortable There is no parking close by we park at another hotel and pay way too much money.

Cockroaches in the basement room had to be moved

Great location by Paddington. Staff was very friendly. The place is clean for the price, you cant beat it. I was in a room below ground and you could actually hear trains from the tube. I dont mind noise at all so it was fine but for anyone else, I would request an above ground room.

Location Poor state if repair no lift so very high steep stairs to very top
-
Terrific location Depressing, dingy, dilapidated room with a lumpy smaller than single size bed.
-
Hotel needs a little upgrade. The bed was not comfortable, the room was too small, specially for 2 guests. The bathroom was really small, suffocating

The hotel is located just near to Paddington station. It was a great stay. The hotel even move my family and I to a bigger room - spacious! Wonderful stay. N/A

The location is superb, near to london tube and all the restaurants (especially halal) are near by, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Toilets don’t have bidet.
