Perfect location. Fantastic breakfast. Think they even went to the shop to get oat milk for my daughter The room was so hot. But did have a fan.

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating! The owner was such a sweet lady. We definitely think the stay was worth the price given its convenient location very near to Paddington Station. We definitely thought the room was bigger based on the photos posted online, and it was a bit difficult generally for two persons + 2 26/27 inch luggage. We managed to work it out, though!

The staff is very friendly, open to gladly help you anytime: from the receptionist to the kitchen ladies, everyone makes you feel good, heard and safe. The breakfast is delicious. The location is excellent, near the bus and the tube. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby, as well as parks. Not the most comfortable mattress and pillow, but they work. The bathroom situation is not the best: there was only a fixed overhead shower, no hand-held shower; the sink was very small, so the water easily splashed over; the toilet had a weak flush system, so expect a lot work for yourself. The Wi-Fi has a 50/50 chance of working properly.

It was clean Very tired old decor. Tiny room. No vegan option for breakfast & very little for vegetarian. The shower temperature was very very hot, it wouldn't adjust to a cooler temperature.
-
The location The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the room was extremely hot, had a bad night sleep. The shower and shower door was broken, when we told a member of staff nothing was done about it until the evening when I complained again.

friendly staff. clean and basic hotel but location was excellent, cooked breakfast each morning was fresh and made to order, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, would stay here again rooms were small but location overcame this

Pictures provided in Booking system do not reflect actual rooms, they are tiny and close to noisy surrounding (many homeless people around)

The attitude of the staff. My room was in the basement.

Location;relaxed atmosphere, breakfast staff very accommodating and friendly

Close to Paddington Station and several restaurants are located nearby. Breakfast was a nice little perk. It would be nice if they offered a top sheet or a lighter blanket and the heavy comforter was often on the floor. Just too hot for it in the summer when there is no air conditioning.

Very friendly staff and brilliant location

Location The receptionist didn’t know much. The whole place needs deep cleaning. We were on third floor with a 1 year old, four flights of stairs to climb. No cot was provided even though we requested it on our booking on the first night so didn’t sleep as baby was on our bed. The second night we were given a cot, I wouldn’t even put an animal in there. When we asked about the why the cot wasn’t provided, the manager said because we came late. We did arrive late, but had phoned in, regardless the room was booked with a cot. Worst ever stay in a hotel of my life.

The people working in the hotel are super kind and sweet. They are very helpful and the hotel is very clean.

The room was small, but this was reflected in the price. The location was excellent right outside paddington station with access to all of the underground lines within a few minutes walk at most. I was surprised at the quality of the breakfast, despite the fact that reviews of it were very good, I was pleasently impressed with the options and the attentiveness of the staff. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, they remembered my breakfast order after one day, and were keen to ensure everything was perfect for my stay. As a base of operations for work it was perfect. The desk in my room was a bit too small to actually work at, and there was no chair. The sound of the sound of the underground station below was also apparent, but did nothing to affect my sleep or my overall stay.

Amazing location 2 mins from Paddington station, a great base to get around the city. Really friendly helpful staff Super clean. Lovely ladies at breakfast, very welcoming and polite. Key / lock to room door wasn’t working very well.
