Room were clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished or modern at the least - I believe this hotel is becoming a vocco hotel instead of holiday inn so I assume this is the new standard. Beds and pillows were perfectly comfy. Lovely bathroom. Fab location, 2 minute walk to Camden market yet still quiet at night. On a street shared with popular restaurant chains like Nando’s, Wagamama etc. Area felt safe during the day. Security guard at the hotel door in the night to confirm your stay added comfort. We were able to check in early as our room was ready, and store our bags in a luggage room on our departure before exploring the city. Luggage was tagged with room number and also felt reliable. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Location for what we were doing was spot on. Room had a view of the canal which we wanted. Bed was ok but that’s expected. The additional balloons and birthday message for my wife was classy and unexpected. At breakfast the next day they gave my wife a birthday slice with a chocolate message. They even let us check in early as the room was ready. First class stay, which in today’s world is a rarity. Many Thanks It was a great experience. So negative feedback is unnecessary.
