Good location, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. There is a curtain for privacy. The room was a bit small and crowded, very small bathroom and the floor gets all wet after every shower. Only USB and USB-C plugs near bed.

Very cheap price for the location! The common spaces were nice and clean. There were laundry machines you could use too. The hostel had some amenities that were useful when trying to travel light such as hairdryers and towels (some were free and some were for a small fee). There were plenty of toilets to use. The lockers in the dorms were huge. The staff were so friendly and always available to help. The dorms were not quite what I was expecting as the pictures showed individuals “pods” but they were beds with curtains. The room smelled a little bit like drains on the first night I stayed there but this was gone by the second night. The bathroom in the dorm which is where the showers are is really small so it was hard to dry off and get dressed in the privacy of the bathroom.

It’s was really convenient for Camden, in a central location, very clean, we felt safe and secure. We will return l. I struggled with getting the door open, and it could do with a couple more pillows, but I am being picky

Very dirty. Rubbish from previous people stating left in the room. Dirty bed linen. Smelly.

It was conveniently located and had the basic facilities for one night. Very clean, which was a relief. The socket and light by my bed didn’t work so I was unable to charge my devices over night. I was on the top bunk too, and it wasn’t an easy climb up and down. The bottom bunk is floor level which isn’t ideal either.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, excellent value for money considering location, bathroom was big and everything was very clean and comfortable. Weird smell in the hallway, bedroom was small with nowhere to put belongings and walls were very thin (would recommend the free ear plugs at reception for sleeping)
