The location was brilliant, just next door to Mornington Crescent tube. It was a short walk to the Underworld in Camden. The room was clean, easy to access and there is a balcony on the ground floor for all guests. The towels were clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. Located close to the bus stops, train and underground station.

Good location, easy to find and access, good communication. Clean and tidy TV had power but signal was badly pixilated. Didn’t matter to me but may for the next person.

Fantastic location very short stroll to the Tube. Short ride to central London and all the activities we had planned. Early checkin was much appreciated after our 24 hour plane journey. No fridge in room. Noise from nearby construction site.

Location In the information when booking it looking like there was a double bed and a single bed in the room and it was a single bed mattress on folded ottoman on the ground… pretty disappointing.

The location was great. Close by to the music venue we were heading to and central Camden When we arrived after the show, there was a lot of youngsters congregated outside the property playing loud music.

Well-explained check-in process that was easy to follow. Great location — right next to the tube station and the start of Camden High Street. We booked parking only a 3 minute walk away, so that was very convenient. The room had aircon, so it was nice and cool. Lots of steps to reach the 3rd floor, but the noise was bearable with earplugs when sleeping. My main gripe was the lack of cleanliness. There were so many hairs in the shower — most disgustingly, several on the shower head itself — that I started to wonder whether it had been cleaned at all. It made me feel quite gross during my shower! I also noticed crumbs by the bed. Such a shame, because my review would have been a lot higher if it'd been clean. The room was very small, but it isn't an issue if you're just using it to sleep and get ready.
